Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Dancy mobile application (the "App") operated by THE SELFMADE LABS LTD ("we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
No User Accounts
Dancy does not require account registration. Your usage, including subscription status and token balance, is tied to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store ID.
Risk of Loss: Since there is no login system, deleting the App, clearing device data, or losing access to your Store ID may result in the loss of accumulated tokens. We are not responsible for lost digital goods due to App deletion.
Subscriptions and Tokens
Payments: Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and Token packs are billed through your Store account.
Tokens: Tokens are digital consumable goods used to access specific AI features. They have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as we do not manage the payment processing directly.
User-Generated Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
Rights: By using the App, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the AI transformation service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload images that are illegal, pornographic, hateful, or infringe on the intellectual property/copyright of third parties. We reserve the right to block processing of such content.
AI-Generated Outputs
Dancy uses advanced AI to generate content. While we strive for high quality, we provide the service "as is." We do not guarantee that the generated output will be perfect, accurate, or meet your expectations every time.
Intellectual Property
The App's branding, UI design, AI models, and original templates are the exclusive property of THE SELFMADE LABS LTD.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SELFMADE LABS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
